Information we collect
The public website is primarily an information surface. Information is collected when you intentionally provide it, or when limited technical data is processed to operate and protect the site.
General inquiries
The general contact flow can collect your name, email address, company or organization, preferred contact method, optional phone number, inquiry area and topic, subject, message and the page the inquiry came from.
Web Design inquiries
The Pajic Studios Web Design form can collect your name, email address, business or brand name, project type, budget range, current website, preferred timeline, project details and source page. Those project details are stored with the inquiry so the request can be reviewed and answered.
Server and network data
Cloudflare and related infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Necessary browser storage
The public site does not require marketing cookies. Some site features may use browser storage for functional state, while admin and product areas may use necessary cookies or storage for authentication, security and service operation.
How we use information
Information is used for ordinary business communication, service operation, security and improvement of Pajic's public digital surfaces.
Respond to inquiries
Inquiry information is used to review, route and respond to business, product, creative, partnership, asset and Web Design conversations, including preparing a scope or proposal where relevant.
Prevent abuse
The inquiry service uses basic anti-abuse controls such as a honeypot field, submission timing checks for the Web Design form, duplicate detection and per-email rate limiting.
Protect services
Operational logs and security signals help protect public pages, admin tools, downloads and product surfaces from abuse.
Improve the site
Public-site operation may be reviewed in aggregate to improve navigation, performance, reliability and page quality. The public site code does not load third-party advertising or marketing pixels.
Providers and retention
Pajic uses infrastructure providers where necessary to host, deliver, secure and operate its services.
Cloudflare
The public site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1, and Cloudflare may process network and security data while delivering the site.
Resend
When inquiry email notifications are enabled, a summary of a submitted inquiry is sent through Resend to the configured Pajic recipient. The email address provided with the inquiry is used as the reply-to address for that notification.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate business records and protect the service. Operational and security records may follow the retention practices of the relevant infrastructure service.
No sale of inquiry data
Pajic does not sell personal information submitted through the public website.
Product-specific data
This notice covers the public Pajic website. Pajic products such as pajID may process additional account, authentication or verification information and can have product-specific documentation and controls.
Questions and requests
If you have a privacy question, want to ask what information you submitted, or want to request correction or deletion of an inquiry record, use the inquiry form and provide enough context for the request to be identified. Pajic may need to verify the request before acting on information tied to an individual or business.
